About Me

Once upon a time, a four-year-old girl went to an art class. The teacher told her she was the most talented person in the class and was born an artist. Her eyes widened and sparkled.

Hi, I'm Moon. I'm glad you are here! I was born in Shanghai, China, grew up in Tokyo, Japan, and moved to the US in 2004.

I decided to be an artist when I was four years old. I had some detours along the way, but after graduating from the Ohio State University with a Master Degree in public affairs, I started to focus on advancing my oil painting skills.

In 2023, my oil paintings were presented in Sharon Weiss Gallery in Short North Columbus, OH, and from 2024, I'm also a resident artist in 24 Lincoln Studios with 4 other women artists.
